Early in the morning in the pouring rain, I set off for the Piazzale Michelangelo, an open-air carpark with a fantastic view of the city.
I set up the camera on my tripod and waited patiently for a little ray of sunshine to pop through those dark clouds.
After about four hours, I got my break.
Only lasted a minute or two, but that was all I needed.
